We are New York Families, who care about kids.
The current grandparent visitation laws in New York leave a lot to be desired. Not only are they constitutionally problematic, but they leave New York Families open to abusive grandparents who exploit the law to come after children and inflict financial and emotional pain on their parents.
This needs to change. We exist to reform the Grandparent Visitation laws in New York State and stop intergenerational trauma and abuse dead in its tracks.
